A Few important notes:

  • Do not use these meditations while driving. You should be alone in a quiet place, free of distraction.
  • The morning and evening meditations are a great way to bookend your day. I highly suggest making the morning meditation the FIRST thing you do in the morning over the next 10 days (As Deepak Chopra says-- "RPM- Rise, Pee, and Meditate).
